Exchanges / Fellowships

Providing opportunities for international exchanges
and fellowships within the region.

The Dunlop Asia Fellowships
provide up to $15,000 for outstanding young Australians to pursue projects in Asian countries.
 
The Sir Edward Weary Dunlop Asia Medal
is presented to an Australian who has shown long-term commitment to enhancing the quality of life in the region and improving Australia-Asia relations. Candidates for this award are nominated anually and the medal is awarded at the anuual Dunlop Asialink Lecture.
 
Arts Residencies
provide up to $12,000 for artists and arts managers in the fields of visual arts / craft, performing arts and literature.

Medialink
Medialink runs a professional exchange program that offers fellowships for Australian media personnel to work in an Asian news room and Asian journalists to experience working in Australia for a minimum three months.

Singapore-Australia Young Business Ambassadors (YBA)
providing a unique youth orientated bi-lateral business exchange that will further enhance Australia's existing trade and investment linkages with Singapore.

Medialink Residency Program
facilitating links between media in the region and enhancing the media and the public's understanding, through information and personnel exchanges.

Myer Community Services Residency Program
providing opportunities for people in the community services sector to learn from international counterparts and develop international linkages.
