Including Studies of Asia in the Curriculum

Including Studies of Asia in the Curriculum is a professional development program designed for primary and secondary teachers wanting to provide a school curriculum inclusive of knowledge, concepts and understandings of the countries of Asia.

The program aims to:

  • Support the development and teaching of K-10 curriculum inclusive of studies of the countries and societies of Asia.
  • Reflect curriculum guidelines developed at a national and local level.
  • Assist young Australians to become informed about Asia.
