The Accessing India train-the-trainer professional development program has been developed to support the Into India, Raining Surprises and Exploring India primary and secondary texts in schools. The program includes a Photo CD ROM and aims to:

  • Promote and support the study of India in schools.
  • Increase participants' knowledge and understanding of India.
  • Provide participants with an overview of the key texts.
  • Examine ways of including the study of India within local curriculum guidelines and policies.
